The focus of this role will be multi-faceted, ultimately working collaboratively with our customer success team, the software development team, executives, and clients. You will be part of a team responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality software and services through domain expertise, collaboration, and innovative problem-solving. Responsibilities are centered around creating and enhancing internally developed products, supporting clients, and researching areas of compliance while developing subject matter expertise.
Responsibilities:

We are looking for a full time Sr. Sales Executive to be a key member of the CXC Solutions Business Development and Sales team. This individual will be an integral part of CXC Solutions’ Executive Sales team and play a critical role in driving the market adoption of CXC Solutions’ Compliance Solutions. CXC Solutions is the only end-to-end, one-stop shop for Health and Welfare and Retirement benefit compliance software; established as the go-to self-service software and full-service solution for the largest consulting and brokerage firms.
Responsibilities:
• Leads all aspects of solution sales, including:
- Sells software product(s) and software-enabled services by establishing contacts and developing relationships with new prospects in the Health and Welfare Benefits Industry and recommending solutions
- Expands business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the Health and Welfare Benefits Industry and researching and analyzing sales options
- Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications and other content, establishing personal networks, benchmarking best practices, and participating in professional and industry organizations as needed

The ideal candidates will have a strong customer management background and will serve as a liaison with an ability to onboard new clients, manage account renewals, identify revenue growth opportunities, manage the customer success processes and metrics, and continuously identify areas for process improvements.
Responsibilities
• Perform account management of portfolio of existing clients
• Manage customer satisfaction initiatives, including surveys, across all products and services
• Work with clients to create customer success stories in collaboration with marketing
• Assist in the onboarding of insurance brokers and employers

You will be part of a team responsible for benefits compliance, that may include ACA, ERISA Wrap, Nondiscrimination testing, Form 5500, Section 125 Documents, and/or Comparative Analysis under the Mental Health Parity Addiction and Equity Act (MHPAEA). Your role will include elements such as data validation, data extracts, conducting focused analyses, developing reports and other activities.
