Entering benefits enrollment information from multiple broker/employer systems into the TPA system could be labor intensive and error-prone. Increasingly, TPAs are looking to proactively offer their employers and brokers data integration tools, exception and change analysis reports to turn data into decisions.
Solution
Enrollment XO is a tool that scrubs enrollment data for errors, validates data, and generates TPA specific import files. The tool also compares data with the prior feed and generates reports to track exceptions. Our exception reports help the TPA, broker and/or employer to proactively take corrective actions.
