Services
Claims Processing
CXC's claims processing team verifies, validates, and adjudicates manual claims related to FSA and HRA plans. We customize our services and adapt to your processes based on your specific needs. Our claims processing method includes a series of quality checks to assess compliance to regulations and plan rules.
COBRA Administration
CXC works with TPAs to ensure COBRA compliance for their clients by processing insurance premium information and qualified beneficiary applications. CXC aids the TPA with manual tasks such as data entry, printing and mailing qualifying event notification letters, COBRA election letters and HIPAA letters.
Enrollment Services
Some FSA debit card transactions can be substantiated electronically, but many require participants to submit a paper claim and follow-up with documentation to support their purchases. CXC helps with processing of debit card applications and substantiating debit card claims.
