Sarinder has over 30 years of experience in developing innovative solutions focusing on compliance, claims processing, revenue cycle management, customer service and supply chain problems for the leaders in the industry and Fortune 500 companies. He is the co-founder of CXC Solutions. Their mission is to provide valued added and competitive solutions for TPAs, Healthcare Payments, Compliance, Education and Back-office processing capabilities

Dr. Ramesh Raghunathan

COO

Ramesh brings 23 years of experience and leadership focused on designing and delivering innovative technology-driven solutions, ensuring customer delight, and driving profitable revenue growth. He has spent the last 10 years in the healthcare benefits space architecting compliance solutions and managing enterprise clients. As a co-founder and business leader of CXC Solutions, Ramesh sets the strategic product direction, drives client acquisition, and manages strategic channel partner alliances.

Dr. Shiva Shenoy

CTO

Shiva has over 25 years of experience in the information technology industry with a strong background in IT architecture, software development, and systems integration. As a co-founder and technology leader of CXC Solutions, Shiva has designed the architecture for an integration platform to support automated claims processing, patient information sharing between physician practice EMRs and large hospitals, and optimizing revenue cycle management.
